Nestle Golden Dairy Awards 2018 is back in the title as a form of appreciation to employees who have worked for decades and appreciation for Nestle’s best performing employees.
The event was held in Batu City precisely at Singhasari Resort with the concept of “Enchantment of Indonesian Culture” attended by 250 invited guests with dress code batik making the event appropriate with the concept.
Enthusiasm was also shown by the HOD ranks wearing traditional Indonesian clothing represented by 6 major islands in Indonesia, namely Sumatra, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Bali, Papua and Java.
Nestle’s appreciation for employees is divided into 5 categories (10 years, 15 years, 20 years, 25 years, 30 years).
In addition there are many more awards given to Nestle employees who are members of the FM Prizes (Factory Manager Prizes).
The employees also enjoy the cabaret show and music
